If you have employees in food service; you’ll want to check-out a food safety and sanitation course being offered in Henry County. The ‘serv-safe’ program is sponsored by the National Restaurant Association, and has become the industry standard in food safety training.
The program is open to food service employees at all levels of the industry. Dates for the program are February 25th, 27th, and March 4th; and will run from 9am till 5pm each day. Registration is available at the OSU Extension office in Napoleon.
